Before your appointment, you'll complete a detailed questionnaire about your medical history, current medications, symptoms and concerns. Your GP reads this in full before your consultation begins — so you're not starting from scratch on the day.
Choose what works for you. A live video consultation with your GP, or an asynchronous consultation where you share details, photos and questions in your own time and receive a full written response. Both are thorough. Both give you proper clinical time.
Consultations are conducted via Semble — a secure UK clinical platform.
Where clinically appropriate, your GP will issue a private prescription electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. You will also receive a clear written summary of your consultation, your diagnosis and your treatment plan.

Most conditions require more than one appointment to manage well. We include follow-up as standard and build ongoing care into your plan from the start — not as an afterthought.
